These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://www.horizondetailing.com), booking form, and mobile detailing services, including detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coatings. By accessing our website, checking the box on our booking form that states, “By clicking this box, you consent to receive SMS communications and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy,” or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

Horizon Detailing offers mobile detailing services, including:

  • Detailing: Full-service interior and exterior cleaning using paint-friendly products.

  • Paint Correction: One-Stage, Two-Stage, or Multi-Stage correction to remove swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation, with vehicle evaluations to recommend the appropriate package.

  • Ceramic Coatings: Protective coatings (3-Year, 5-Year, 8-Year) to enhance and preserve your vehicle’s finish, often applied after paint correction.

We deliver these services at your preferred location in Central Florida (e.g., home, office), using professional tools and paint-friendly products for a showroom-quality finish.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • Booking Process: Book appointments via our form at https://www.horizondetailing.com/book-now or by calling (407) 990-0722. By checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text communications, including a confirmation from (407) 990-0722 within 24 hours to finalize details.

  • Vehicle Evaluation: For paint correction or ceramic coating services, we assess your vehicle’s condition to recommend the best package (e.g., One-Stage, Two-Stage, Multi-Stage) for optimal results.

  • Scheduling: We work around your schedule, but appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided via text or phone.

3. Payments

  • Pricing: Service prices are quoted during booking confirmation or vehicle evaluation, based on your vehicle’s condition and selected package. All prices exclude applicable taxes.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services, collected via secure third-party processors (e.g., credit card, digital payment, etc.).

  • Non-Payment: Failure to pay may result in suspension of future services and additional collection efforts.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance by calling or texting (407) 990-0722. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee up to 50% of the service cost.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed services. If a service is canceled before completion due to our inability to perform, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

  • Service Issues: If you’re unsatisfied with our work, contact us within 48 hours at (407) 990-0722 or info@horizondetailing.com to discuss remedies, such as touch-ups, at our discretion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access: Provide clear access to your vehicle and a safe working environment (e.g., adequate space, no hazards) at the service location.

  • Vehicle Condition: Disclose any known issues (e.g., paint damage, leaks) during booking or evaluation to ensure safe service delivery.

  • Personal Items: Remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before service. We are not liable for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

6. Liability and Warranties

  • No Guarantee of Results: While we use paint-friendly products and professional techniques, results vary based on your vehicle’s condition (e.g., paint age, prior damage). Paint correction and ceramic coatings may not remove all imperfections or guarantee against future damage.

  • Damage Liability: We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, damage caused by undisclosed conditions, or normal wear and tear. Any claims for damage caused by our services must be reported within 24 hours, with evidence provided.

  • No Warranties: Services are provided “as is” without warranties, except as specified for ceramic coatings (e.g., 3-Year, 5-Year, 8-Year durability with proper maintenance, as outlined in our service descriptions).

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, accidents).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on https://www.horizondetailing.com, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Horizon Detailing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website or services for unlawful purposes.

  • Submit false information through our booking form.

  • Interfere with our website’s functionality (e.g., hacking, spamming).

9. Termination

We may refuse or terminate services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or provide unsafe working conditions. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for completed services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
